1-2 cups sliced water chestnuts                

1 cup brown rice
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup diced onion
1 can diced soy frichik
1 can mushroom or celery soup
   or make your own gravy
2 cup water
  add enough Bragg's Amino (soy) to make nice light brown color
1/4 cup olive oil

    

In saucepan add water & soup and bring to easy boil.
Add brown rice and cook 5 min.,

add all ingredients in large bake dish. Bake at 350 for one hour.   

Option: Bragg's Amino can be used on the table in place of Soy Sauce

for less sodium.
